Baby Octopus, Coral & Sand, Poseable
We wanted to create a baby octopus in a similar color scheme to Marcellus from the movie "Remarkably Bright Creatures." And here he is!
This baby octopus is made of a rusty orange/coral print, cotton fabric, with his under-body and tentacle bottoms a sandy colored, upcycled cotton fabric. His eyes are made of rust red colored buttons, with a ruffley circle of sand-colored wool felt behind them.
He is stuffed with flax seeds and highly poseable! Fun to drape over a shoulder and walk around with. His head is stuffed with ethically, locally sourced sheep's wool.
Flax seeds gel and then harden when wet, so he can only be spot cleaned.
He measures about a foot long, with his wider parts (head/shoulders) being around 2.5 inches. His tentacles are only about 1/2 inch wide by 9-10 inches long.
